Schoolboy rapes intoxicated mum

A 15-year-old schoolboy was detained by police for allegedly raping his own mother in their house in Taman OUG, Cheras here.

City CID deputy chief Asst Comm Khairi Ahrasa said the incident allegedly occurred when the 44-year-old mother, who works as a waitress in an entertainment outlet, returned home intoxicated at about 2am on Wednes-day.

“The woman claimed she went into her son’s bedroom by mistake and slept in the room for several hours.

“When she woke up, she saw her son naked on top of her,” he told reporters at the City police headquarters here on Wednesday.

ACP Khairi said the woman then pushed her son away and hit him before complaining about the incident to a neighbour, who advised her to lodge a police report.

He added that initial investigations revealed that the teenager was watching pornography on his cellphone before the incident.

It is learnt that the teenager’s sister was also present in the house at the time of the incident.

ACP Khairi said the teenager was arrested while his mother was referred to University Kebangsaan Malaysia Hospital for a medical examination.

The case was being investigated under Section 376A of the Penal Code for incest.

Under the section, a person is said to have committed incest if he has sexual intercourse with another person whose relationship to him is such that they are not permitted to marry under the law, religion or custom.
