iPhone 6 Plus available in Malaysia from 6 November

Apple's new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available in Malaysia from 6 November 2014, according to announcements by two local telcos - DiGi and Maxis.

Both DiGi Telecommunications [DiGi] and Maxis have released similarly worded statements that they "will offer iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, the biggest advancements in iPhone history, beginning on Thursday, 6 November 2014."

- DiGi said customers can pre-order iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus beginning on Friday, 31 October at digi.com.my/iphone.
- Maxis said customers can pre-purchase the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus beginning on Friday, 31 October 2014 at store.maxis.com.my.

First announced by Apple in the U.S. on 9 September 2014, the new models topped 10 million sales in the opening weekend. Reviews of the next generation smartphone consider the device to be faster and better equipped - as well as bigger - than its predecessors with many new features to existing iPhone users.
